ap chem is going to be the death of me.
mrs. siegrist is the most adorable little old lady i have ever met. she is so sweet. she just isn't teaching us anything yet.
i haven't done my homework since sunday night.
anyways...dani and i got back from nebraska on sunday night. we had an awesome time, besides my dad's girlfriend being a moron. but, even that caused a great deal of laughter to dani and i. i can't even count how many times we laughed at Carol and she thought we were laughing at something else.
we got our picture taken with the beautiful cheerleader man. the one that was one MTV. he's so gorgeous.
the game was fun. we sat by ourselves, a few rows down from my dad. it was fun.
i'm in digital photography right now, mr. baker is having an attack about the hurricane. he's freaking out about it. hah, it's amusing.

last night i went to the football game.
we won.

i really like chemistry. it should be really, really fun this year.
thursday night, we went to the volleyball game.
we won, too.
it was fun.
no penn state game this weekend.

wow, i've finally decided to update.
well, july is even busier than june was.
summer gym started. it is interesting and extremely easy considering you go for 3 hours, 5 days a week, for 3 weeks to get a full credit.
i don't mind it at all.

i had a lesson today. dave had to catch me. he's so sweet! right carrie? we'll have both of our hot men in a day..can't wait buddy!
after my lesson, i had practice, which wasn't bad today. but the update on the coach is that i still h-a-t-e him.

last night, we played B & B Foods.
we lost.
and we were on a 8 game winning streak.
damn defense.
i need to find a damn catcher that can catch the damn ball when it is a strike. i'm not going to name name's or anything, but she sat there and bobbled the ball for 7 innings.

wow, kristine is actually gonna update her journal.
so far, this summer has been horribly busy. and it doesn't look much better for next month.
summer gym starts on the 8th of july. that should be fun.
my week consists of:
-physical therapy for my shoulder, 3 times a week for an hour
-softball games, 3 nights a week
-softball practice, 2-3 times a week for 2-3 hours
-lessons, once a week for an hour
-softball tournaments, twice a month
-starting in july, summer gym, 5 times a week for 3 hours
but what can i say? i wouldn't give softball up for the world.
i have a tournament from july 5-7 in state college, it should be fun. but i won't get any playing time. but the rides down and back are always exciting. how bout it carrie? haha! our hot men, nelly, and cowboys!! great times!
hopefully, this summer i will get to go to Minnesota.
i really want to see mands, carrie, kate, and ang(punkjuice182).
i miss them too much.
i can't go to softball camp this year becasue of my damned shoulder. it sucks so bad.
i'll miss ang and lynds. next year girls!

Well, as this school year comes to a close, I realize how much I am going to miss that school and the teachers. This has been the best year by far, even though I sat there and complained, I really never meant it.
This year we've all experienced different things, the social, Stevens, and the classes. And if you didn't get to experience one of those things you missed out, including if you missed out on Mr. Stevens. Mr. Stevens is another story himself.
This may sound a little strange but.....
I remember last year, as an 8th grader, walking into the auditorium with Phyl thinking, 'What did I get myself into?,' but know why I did. I remember Mr. Stevens calling various 8th graders morons or idiots. I was scared out of my mind. I thought I would go and get the papers and leave, not have him call kids stupid or anything. I did the stupid leaf collection and the wildflower collection and I got good grades on both. But I still wondered why is he making us do this. But as the end of the year approaches, I have learned not to question Mr. Stevens' assignments because he had a reason for giving us every one of the many assignments. He wanted us to become better students. He didn't just teach us about some frog or earthworm. Mr Stevens taught us how to be a student. He prepared us for what is coming up in our life. This year, yes, I've learned different things, but majority of the things I've learned from Stevens.
So I'd like to thank Mr. Stevens for doing what he has done. Thank you for making me a better student.
I can't believe I only have 2 1/2 more days with Stevens. It's hard to believe.
This has been a great year. That is the only way you can describe this year, a great year.
History with Mrs. Hurd, Math with Shoemaker telling his funny stories, English with Frederick, Spanish with Señor and Señora Huntley-Spears and Britta, Journalism and Computer, and Biology with Stevens and Janelle, and study halls with David and Jess and Britta and everyone else.
The Social. Every 9th grader waited for the Social. It was a blast. We waited so long for it to come and now it's over. It seems like yesterday. Everyone looked amazing.
And for me, this year was fun because of softball. JV softball was a blast. The first 2 weeks of practice, I hated it. I hated every 10th grader there. But as practice went on and we began to know each other, we learned to respect each other. And now, I don't know what I'm going to do without some of them. I am going to miss them so much. I love you guys!!
So, as you can tell 9th grade has been a great year! And I am going to miss it so much! I'm going to miss that school, those teachers, and all of you guys! So, thanks for making this year the best ever! |

i just read ravi's entry and it really made me think. you're right, ravi.
the 9th grade year has been a great year. i mean think about it, the social, the classes, i made so many new people and have great friends. even though, i complained about 9th grade, half of the year, i am really going to miss it, that junior high.
in 3 more years, we will all be going our own way to college and splitting up. a short 3 years. so sad.
only 4 more days until we are sophomores. that's so weird, i still remember being in first grade.

haha, well, we walk past the stairs leading to the 3rd floor and there are pictures of penises everywhere. haha. then, britta walks up to the printer and says, "umm, there's something the matter with the printer." haha, it was great! girls fighting. mrs. g. is all flustered that someone would print off pictures like that. britta and i are both like, "please just kill us."
well, only like, 9 more days of school left, until we're sophomores. hehe!
i'm happy for school to be out because teachers are evil and they think that we should have no life and only do homework forever. but i'm sad because i won't see people until next school year :(
but this summer should be lots of fun. softball and friends and stuff like that. softball camp and swimming! can't wait!
well, yesterday was the last biology test, which i'm happy about, but i bombed it. damn it! i i just hope i have a B in biology now. :::prays to God:::
my dad said if my grades went down during softball, i can't play next year. but i mean, i'm getting better grades than he did and all he can do is sit there and tell me that i can't play softball it my grades have went down. but whatever, i'll just ahve to wait and see what my grades are. i don't think there that bad. i hope not....
friday, we only have half a day of school. maybe we can do something friday night. i need to go shopping, so hopefully maybe, after prom or something we can do something. i just remembered friday night is the prom!
well, it's time to get going, if i get home early enough tonight i'll write later.

well, i haven't written in a while, but the social was great.
the social was great. everyone looked hot. well, on thrusday, britta's momma picked us up from school and took us to get our nails done. britta got her's this really pretty pick and i got mine this light pick color. then on friday, my mom picked us up from school and took us to get our hair done. we both got up-do's and they looked so pretty. we looked hot. hehe! we went to sohow my grandma our hair-do's and then we dropped britta off. i went home took a shower, got dressed, waited for my dad (who happened to be late), left to go to britta's house ( we all met there to take pictures and stuff), and then britta's brother took us to olive garden and then to the social. then we got to the social and it was freezing outside! we took pictures and then went inside to start dancing. overall, it was a very fun time. but i can't believe it is already over, i mean, that is the thing you look forward to your whole freshman year and now it is over. it was great, though!! everyone looked great!!
after the social, we went to the Karcher's party. it was fun. i was so tired, i could hardly enjoy, it though. we left there at about 1 and we took britta and todd home. hehe, then i got online and stuff, then i went to bed.
saturday morning, i had a softball clinic in bellfonte. i had to get up at like 10:30, which was way too early. agh! i killed my arm. i did some freaky thing pitching and now it feels like my arm is going to fall off. but that's ok, i guess i've gotta suck it up. hehe!
well, i have to go work on my spreadsheets. i'll write later.

well, we had our softball game last night. we lost, but it was all good. i pitched all 7 innings. i had 5 or 6 strike outs and only 2 or 3 walks.
guess who came to see me at my game last night????

lindsey treon came to my game! she is the greatest! she is my freaking hero! i heart her! she's like my big sister!! i am so happy she came to my game!
nicole clapper caem onto the bus and she was like, "Treon says hi, she's outside talking to coach harris, you can go see her if you want to." so i like ran off the bus and she was like, "aww...i missed you soo much." and then she gave me a hug. i hope she plays summer ball, she said if we can talk don into letting her play, she wants to play! i hope don will let her.
she was like the only one last yeah that believed in my when i was pitching. she was like the person i could always turn too!
so thanks lindsey for coming to the game! that made my day!
i have found britta a man that is worthy of her! it's señor englehard. aww...today was his last day and britta was almost crying in computer. i think i am setting them up, even though he is several years older than she is. but who cares? does age really matter? nah, not really.
